Warm Timber traveled to Minneapolis to partner with the developers of Rise at Prospect Park, who designed and built student apartments adjacent to the University of Minnesota. The area bustles with breweries, restaurants and nightlife, so the perfect way to escape this action is to retreat to the thoughtfully designed community sauna. A unique feature of this sauna is the Harvia “sauna farm”, which is 2 or more adjacent heaters that work in tandem to create high heat in this large space. This sauna boasts seating for up to 20 comfortably, and will be a respite from busy student life for all students who live here.
