Mobile Sauna FAQ

No more than 5 people should occupy the sauna at any given time. This is to ensure everyone has enough space and to prevent overcrowding which may cause discomfort or accidents.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while using the sauna. The adult is responsible for the child’s safety and well-being during their session.

Pregnant women, individuals with a heart condition, high blood pressure, or any other medical condition that may be affected by heat are advised not to use the sauna without consulting their doctor first.

Water only please! Users should avoid consuming alcohol or drugs before or during their sauna session as it may lead to dehydration and increase the risk of accidents Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session to stay hydrated. Plastic bottles are recommended over metal ones if bringing them into the sauna.

Showering before entering the sauna is highly recommended to remove lotions, oils, and cosmetics, ensuring maximum sweating efficiency and hygiene.

The sauna is intended for brief relaxation sessions only and should not be used for sleeping or as a substitute for any medical treatments.

Users are expected to treat the sauna with care. It is important to Any damages caused by improper use may incur additional charges for repair or replacement.

When creating loyly (hot steam) please do not drench the stove, use one or two ladles at a time.

Users must wear appropriate swimwear or a towel while using the sauna, for hygiene and safety reasons. Earrings and other jewelry should be removed.

The ideal temperature is between 70-80°C (158-176°F). The sauna should not be used if its temperature exceeds 90°C (194°F).

NO! Smoking, vaping, or using electronic cigarettes inside the sauna is strictly prohibited.
